CHAP. CLXI.— An Act for the Relief of Mrs. Mary Gaither, Widow of Wiley Gaither, deceased.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPayment of pension to Mary Gaither. is hereby authorized and directed to allow and pay to Mrs. Mary Gaither, widow of Wiley Gaither, late a private in company A, twenty-seventh regiment Kentucky infantry volunteers, her pension as such widow from the twenty-seventh day of March, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, the day of his death, until the thirteenth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, on which day her present pension commenced.
