CHAP. CLX.— An Act granting a Pension to Lemuel Bartholow. March 3, 1869. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Pension to Lemuel Bartholow. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lemuel Bartholow, late a private in company G, of the one hundred and twenty-sixth regiment of Ohio volunteers, and pay him a pension, commencing January third, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, March 3, 1869.
