CHAP. CLVII.— An Act granting a Pension to Lucinda R. Johnson.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePension to Lucinda R. Johnson. Interior is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Lucinda R. Johnson, widow of Doctor Bluford Johnson, of Illinois, late a contract surgeon in the military service of the United States, and allow and pay her a pension at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, to commence March seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, and to continue during her widowhood.
