CHAP. CLIV.— An Act granting a Pension to Edward Hamel, minor Child of Edward Hamel, deceased.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Edward Hamel. is hereby authorized and directed to place upon the pension roll the name of Edward Hamel, only surviving child of Edward Hamel, late a private in company C, eighth regiment Kansas volunteers, who died in the service of the United States and in the line of duty, and to pay to him or his legally appointed guardian or guardians a pension of eight dollars per month, from the eleventh day of October, eighteen hundred and sixty-one, the date of the death of his father, until he attains the age of sixteen years.
