CHAP. CLII.— An Act granting a Pension to Louisa Fitch, Widow of E. P. Fitch, deceased.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Louisa Fitch. is hereby authorized and directed to place the name of Louisa Fitch, widow of E. P. Fitch, late a captain and assistant quartermaster, United States volunteers, on the pension roll, and to pay her at the rate of twenty dollars per month, to commence from the thirty-first day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue during her widowhood. Approved, July 13, 1868.
