CHAP. CL.— An Act for the Relief of Timothy Lyden, of Parkersburg, West Virginia.July 13, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePayment to Timothy Lyden. Treasury be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Timothy Lyden, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of three hundred and two dollars in compensation of services rendered in the quartermaster’s department, and for a period of captivity in rebel prisons. Approved, July 13, 1868.
