CHAP. CIII.— An Act granting a Pension to John Kelley.June 25, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to John Kelley. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, the name of John Kelley, late a private in company H, sixty-seventh regiment Pennsylvania volunteers, to date from the sixteenth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-five, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, June 25, 1868.
