CHAP. CI.— An Act granting a Pension to Susan V. Berg.June 25, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Susan V. Berg. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Susan V. Berg, widow of Charles Berg, who was killed in the employ of the quartermaster’s department, in Kansas, on or about the twelfth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, June 25, 1868.
