CHAP. CCXIV.— An Act granting a Pension to the Children of Pleasant Stoops.July 20, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to children of Pleasant Stoops. be, and he is hereby, authorized and instructed to place upon the pension rolls the names of David Henry Stoops, Pleasant Stoops, and Sturges Stoops, the children under sixteen years of age of Pleasant Stoops, late a member of company F, eighteenth regiment of United States infantry, to date from the day of his death, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws. Approved, July 20, 1868.
