CHAP. CCXCVIII.— An Act granting a Pension to Elizabeth Cassidy.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Elizabeth Cassidy. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Elizabeth Cassidy, widow of Michael Cassidy, late a first lieutenant in the sixty-ninth regiment of Pennsylvania volunteer infantry, commencing July fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, July 27, 1868.
