CCLXIX.— An Act *donating a Portion of the Fort Learenworth military Reservation for the exclusive Use of a public Road.* July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That a strip of land one hundred Part of Fort Leavenworth military reservation set apart for public road;feet in width along *along* the southern boundary of the Fort Leavenworth military reservation, in the State of Kansas, extending from the FORTIETH CONGRESS.
Sess. II. Ch. 269, 270, 271, 272. 1868. 239Missouri river to the western boundary thereof, be set apart for the per petual and exclusive use of a public road; and the said road shall be and to be free to the United States.remain a public highway for the use of the government of the United States, free from tolls or other charges upon the transportation of any property, troops, or mails of the United States. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted,* That Congress may at any time Act may be repealed, &c.amend or repeal this act.
