CCLI.— An Act *to regulate the Sale of Hay in the District of Columbia.* July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That all hay and straw, which Sale of hay and straw in the District of Columbia.may be sold by weight in the District of Columbia, shall be sold by the net hundred, and every twenty hundred pounds net weight shall be a ton. Sec. 2. *And be it further enacted,* That this act shall take effect from When act takes effect.and after its passage. Approved, July 27, 1868.
