CHAP. CCCXXX.— An Act granting a Pension to Jane McNaughton.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Jane McNaughton. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Jane McNaughton, widow of Peter McNaughton, late a contract surgeon, and pay her a pension as the widow of a contract surgeon, commencing June thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, July 27, 1868.
