CHAP. CCCXXV.— An Act granting a Pension to Catharine Skinner.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Catharine Skinner. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Catharine Skinner, widow of Charles B. Skinner, late a private in company C, of the second regiment of Pennsylvania volunteers, and pay her a pension at the rate of eight dollars per month, commencing December twenty-seventh, eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, July 27, 1868.
