CHAP. CCCXXIII.— An Act granting a Pension to Jonathan H. Perry.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Jonathan H. Perry. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, at the rate of eight dollars per month, the name of Jonathan H. Perry, father of Anthony H. Perry, late of company I, of the third regiment of New Jersey volunteer infantry, commencing August fifteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, July 27, 1868.
