CHAP. CCCXVIII.— An Act granting a Pension to Prescott Y. Howland.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Prescott Y. Howland. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Prescott Y. Howland, late a corporal in company D, of the twelfth regiment of New Hampshire volunteer infantry, commencing October thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two. Approved, July 27, 1868.
