CHAP. CCCXL.— An Act granting a Pension to the Children of William R. Silvey.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to minor children of William R. Silvey. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the names of William A. Silvey and Mary Elizabeth Ann Silvey, children, under sixteen years, of William R. Silvey, late a private in company B, second regiment of Tennessee infantry, commencing November thirteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, July 27, 1868.
