CHAP. CCCXIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Stephen T. Carver.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Stephen T. Carver. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Stephen T. Carver, late a private in company D, of the forty-ninth New York volunteers, and pay him a pension subject to the report from an examining surgeon, commencing February fifth, eighteen hundred and sixty-three. Approved, July 27, 1868.
