CHAP. CCCXCI.— An Act for the Relief of Samuel Tibbetts.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePayment to Samuel Tibbetts. Treasury be authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of two hundred dollars, being for money paid by said Tibbetts for the entry of land upon which he had before located a land warrant, and which warrant, before a patent was issued, had been lost by the officers of the land office. Approved, July 27, 1868.
