CCCLXIV.— An Act authorizing the Commissioner of Internal Revenue to adjust the Accounts of Mark Howard.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the commissioner of internalAccounts of Mark Howard to be adjusted. revenue be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to adjust and settle the accounts of Mark Howard, as collector of the first revenue district of Connecticut, in conformity with the revenue laws in force at the time he was collector of said district. Approved, July 27, 1868.
