CHAP. CCCLIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Sarah J. Rogers.July 27, 1868. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Sarah Jane Rogers. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place on the pension roll, subject to the provisions and limitations of the pension laws, the name of Sarah Jane Rogers, widow of Hugh S. Rogers, formerly of company C, fiftieth regiment Ohio volunteers, to receive pension from the twenty-second day of June, anno Domini eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, July 27, 1868.
