CHAP. XI.— An Act *for the Relief of Charlotte Bence, Widow of Philip H. Bence, late Captain of Company F, Thirtieth Regiment Iowa Volunteer Infantry*. Feb. 17, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Stales of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Interior be and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name ofPension to Charlotte Bence. Charlotte Bence, of Bloomfield, Davis county, Iowa, widow of Captain Philip II.
Bence, of company F, thirtieth regiment of Iowa volunteers, on the pension roll, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, from and after the passage of this act, for and during her widowhood. Approved, February 17, 1866.
