CHAP. XCVIII.— An Act *to grant a Pension to Leonard St. Clair*. May 24, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Leonard St. Clair. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and hereby is, authorized and directed to place the name of Leonard St. Clair on the pension rolls of the United Suites as a pensioner, at the rate of eight dollars per month. Approved, May 24, 1866.
