CHAP. LXVIII.— An Act making Appropriations to supply Deficiency in the Appropriation for the Public Printing for the Fiscal Year ending June thirty, eighteen hundred and sixty-six.April 26, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the UnitedDeficiency appropriation for public printing, States of America in Congress assembled,* That the following sums be, and the same are hereby, appropriated to supply deficiencies in the appropriation for the public printing for the fiscal year ending thirtieth of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated:
To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for the public printing, onepaper for public printing, hundred and fifteen thousand dollars. To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for paper for the public printing, five hundred and fifty thousand dollars. To supply a deficiency in the appropriation for the public binding, ninety-fivepublic binding. thousand dollars. And the Superintendent of the Public Printing is hereby authorized toAdditional clerk. employ an additional clerk, of class four.
