CHAP. LVII.— An Act *granting Pension to Lewis W. Dietrich*. April 17, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Lewis W. Dietrich. be, and is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Lewis W. Dietrich, late a second lieutenant of company “E,” thirtieth regiment U. S. colored troops, on the pension list, and to pay him a pension at the rate of fifteen dollars per month; this act to take effect from and after its passage. Approved, April 17, 1866.
