CHAP. I.— An Act *granting a Pension to Mrs. Katharine F. Winslow*. Dec. 12, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Mrs. Katharine F. Winslow. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mrs. Katharine F. Winslow, mother of Cleveland Winslow, late lieutenant-colonel of the fifth New York Veteran volunteer infantry, on the pension roll, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, to commence from the seventh day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, and to continue during her widowhood. Approved, December 12, 1866.
