CHAP. CXXXV.— An Act *granting a Pension to Effie J. Harvey*. Feb. 28, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Effie J. Harvey. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Effie J. Harvey, widow of Clinton D. Harvey, late an acting assistant paymaster in the United States navy, on the pension rolls, subject to the provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1867.
