CHAP. CXXIII.— An Act *granting Arrears of Pension to Lewis A. Horton*. Feb. 28, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Lewis A. Horton. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to increase the pension of Lewis A. Horton, of Newburyport, Massachusetts, who was wounded on board the gunboat “Rhode Island,” from eight dollars to twenty-five dollars per month, from the fourth day of July, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, to the sixth day of June, eighteen hundred and sixty-six, to be paid out of the naval pension fund. Approved, February 28, 1867.
