CHAP. CXXII.— An Act *granting a Pension to Mary Fitzpatrick*. Feb. 28, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Mary Fitzpatrick. That the Secretary of the Interior he, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Mary Fitzpatrick, widow of James W. Fitzpatrick, late an acting assistant surgeon United States army, who died at Harwood Hospital on or about May sixth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four, on the pension rolls, at the rate of seventeen dollars per month, commencing at the death of her husband, subject to the provisions of the pension laws. Approved, February 28, 1867.
