CHAP. CXXI.— An Act *for the Relief of Levisa Daniel*. Feb. 28, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Levisa Daniel. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Levisa Daniel, widow of Joseph Daniel, late of the first Tennessee volunteers, a pension, at the rate of eight dollars per month, from the ninth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-two, to the eleventh day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-five. Approved, February 28, 1867.
