CHAP. CXV.— An Act *for the Relief of Rufus L. Harvey*. Feb. 28, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Rufus L. Harvey. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Rufus L. Harvey, who enlisted in Captain Pitts’ company of light artillery, in the war of eighteen hundred and twelve, on the pension list, and pay or cause to be paid to him the sum of eight dollars per month. Approved, February 28, 1867.
