CHAP. CXCVI.— An Act *for the Relief of Lucinda Gates*. July 13, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Lucinda Gates. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Lucinda Gates, widow of the late Horace Gates, of Franklin, Vermont, on the roll of invalid pensions, and pay to her the same pension during her widowhood, from the death of her husband, as was allowed him1864, ch. 255.Vol. xiii. p. 586 per special act approved July four, eighteen hundred and sixty-four.
