CHAP. CVIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Henry P. Blanchard*. Feb. 28, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Payment to Henry P. Blanchard. That the Secretary of the Treasury be. and he is hereby, directed, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Henry P. Blanchard, for his services as marshal at the port of Canton, in China, from February twenty-second, one thousand eight hundred and fifty-eight, to the first of July, one thousand eight hundred and sixty, the sum of two thousand three hundred and fifty-four dollars and twenty-four cents. Approved, February 28, 1867.
