CHAP. CL.— An Act *granting a Pension to Benjamin Franklin*. June 27, 1866. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pension to Benjamin Franklin. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Benjamin Franklin, a private in company H, second regiment Minne sota cavalry volunteers, on the pension roll, sit the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, to commence from the fifteenth day of January, eighteen hundred and sixty-six. and to continue during his natural life. Approved, June 27, 1866.
