CHAP. CCXII.— An Act *for the Relief of James Fulton, Paymaster United States Navy*. March 2, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Credit allowed to James Fulton. That the proper accounting officers of the government be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed in the settlement of the accounts of James Fulton, paymaster United States navy, to allow a credit of seventeen thousand two hundred and thirteen dollars and ninety-five cents, for clothing and small stores, abstracted from the inspection building in charge of said Fulton while on duty at the navy yard, Washington. Approved, March 2, 1867.
