CHAP. CCIII.— An Act *for the Relief of Henry Rudd, of Henry County, Iowa*. March 2, 1867. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Payment to Henry Rudd. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Henry Rudd, of Henry county, Iowa, the sum of nine thousand one hundred and fifty dollars, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full fbr all losses and compensation to said Henry Rudd for horses purchased and delivered under a contract with the government. Approved, March 2, 1867.
