Chap. XXVII.— An Act for the Relief of Isaac R. Diller.Jan. 30, 1865. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the TreasuryPayment of $3000 to Isaac R. Diller. be, and he is hereby, directed, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to Isaac R. Diller, late consul at Bremen, the sum of three thousand dollars, in full for the expenses incurred by him for extra clerk-hire in his office, and for moneys advanced to destitute American citizens during the interval between the first day of August, eighteen hundred and fifty-seven, and the twentieth day of September, eighteen hundred and sixty-one.
