Chap. VII.— An Act for the Relief of Deborah Jones.Dec. 21, 1864. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Deborah Jones. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Deborah Jones, the widow of the late Captain Ezekiel Jones, and of the county of Oneida, and the State of New York, upon the pension roll, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, according to the provisions of the act to grant pensions, approved July fourteenth, eighteen hundred and sixty-two,1862, ch. 166.Vol. xii. p. 566. and that said pension shall commence from the sixth day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty-two.
