Chap. LVII.— An Act for the Relief of William G. Brown.April 9, 1864. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of thePayment to William G. Brown. Treasury be, and he hereby is, directed, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to William G. Brown the sum of ninety-nine dollars, in full for stone or other materials used by order of the agents of the government in the construction of a pier in Little Sodus Bay, on Lake Ontario, in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty-three. Approved, April 9, 1864.
