Chap. CXXXIX.— An Act granting a Pension to Elizabeth B. Leppien.March 3, 1865. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Elizabeth B. Leppien. be, and he is hereby, directed to place the name of Elizabeth B. Leppien on the list of pensioners, at the rate of thirty dollars per month, to commence on the twenty-fourth day of May, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, and continue during her widowhood. Approved, March 3, 1865.
