Chap. CXXXI.— An Act for the Relief of Samuel L. Gerould.March 3, 1865. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the TreasuryPayment to Samuel L. Gerould. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Samuel L. Gerould, late sergeant company G, fourteenth New Hampshire volunteers, the sum of one hundred and seventy-nine dollars and twenty cents, for his services as clerk to a general court-martial, from September twenty-first, eighteen hundred and sixty-three, to December twenty-fourth, eighteen hundred and sixty-four.
