Chap. CXXX.— An Act for the Relief of W. H. and C. S. Duncan.March 3, 1865. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the sum of two hundredPayment to W. H. and C. S. Duncan. dollars and eighty cents be, and the same is hereby, appropriated out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated to be paid to W. H. and C. S. Duncan, of the city of Lawrence, Kansas, for compensation in full for goods and provisions furnished Captain Walker’s company, Kansas militia, by order of Governor Geary, in eighteen hundred and fifty-six. Approved, March 3, 1865.
