Chap. CXL.— An Act granting a Pension to Rachel Mills, Widow of Peter Mills, deceased, late a Major in the United States Army.March 3, 1865. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorPension to Rachel Mills. be, and he hereby is, directed to place upon the pension roll of the United States the name of Rachel Mills, of Binghamton, New York, widow of Peter Mills, late a major in the United States army, at the rate of twenty dollars per month, from the date of April first, in the year eighteen hundred and sixty-four. Approved, March 3, 1865.
