Chap. XXVIII.— An Act for the Relief of F. M. Beauchamp and Betsy D. Townsend.February 5, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That F. M. Beauchamp andBond of F. M. Beauchamp and Betsy D. Townsend not to be paid. Betsy D. Townsend be, and they are hereby, released from the payment of the sum of four thousand dollars, and all interest thereon, being the principal of a replevin bond executed by said Beauchamp, as principal, and said Townsend, his security, on the twenty-first day of November, eighteen hundred and sixty, payable to the United States of America; and the same is not to be collected by any officer of the United States.
