Chap. XXVI.— An Act granting an increase of Pension to William G. Bernard, late a Soldier in the United States Army.February 5, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name ofPension of William G. Bernard increased. William G. Bernard, of the State of New York, on the roll of invalid pensions, at the rate of twenty-five dollars per month, commencing on the eleventh day of June, Anno Domini, eighteen hundred and fifty-nine, in lieu of the pension he now receives. Approved, February 5, 1861.
