Chap. XVI.— An Act for the Relief of William Y. Strong.January 31, 1862. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Treasury$50 to be paid to William Y. Strong. be, and is hereby, authorized and required to pay to William Y. Strong, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, fifty dollars; being the amount so by him paid into the public Treasury on the twenty-seventh of January, eighteen hundred and forty-five. Approved, January 31, 1862.
