Chap. XC.— An Act for the Relief of William Sutton.March 2, 1861. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the InteriorInvalid pension to William Sutton. be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of William Sutton on the roll of invalid pensioners, and cause him to be paid the sum of six dollars per month, to commence from and after the fifth day of February, eighteen hundred and fifty-eight, and to continue during the period of his natural life. Approved, March 2, 1861.
