Chap. XC.— An Act for the Relief of the Children and Heir of Alexander Montgomery.June 9, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to the child or children, and heirs-at-lawPayment of amount due under pension certificate. of Alexander Montgomery, late a private in the revolutionary war, the amount due said Montgomery under a pension certificate issued by the Pension Office to said Montgomery, which has not been paid to said child or children, or heirs-at-law, by reason of the death of said Montgomery a short time before the issue of said certificate.
