Chap. LXXII.— An Act for the Relief of William P. Bowhay.June 1, 1860. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the sum of eight hundred dollars be, and the same is hereby, allowed to William P. Bowhay, forAllowance of $800 to William P. Bowhay. severe personal injuries received by him whilst employed by the United States on board the frigate Congress, and which rendered him a cripple845THIRTY-SIXTH CONGRESS. Sess. I.
