Ch. 68, 74, 87, 88. 1862.ury not otherwise appropriated, to pay to John Skirving the sum of eleven hundred and forty-two dollars, in full for his services in making designs, drawings, working drawings, and measurements, in and about the public buildings in the city of Washington, and other expenses attending the same, under the direction of the Commissioner of Public Buildings, from the year eighteen hundred and forty-two to the year eighteen hundred and fifty-two, inclusive.
